Shipping Policy

Ordering and Shipping

All U.S. orders receive $10 Flat Rate standard Shipping.  We use UPS, FedEX and USPS for standard and expedited shipping.  Please see below for additional details on shipping. Free standard shipping over $150. 

Upon placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  A second email with your tracking number will follow once we have created your shipping label.  Please note that it can take an additional day or two for tracking information to post on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.  We are located on the West Coast in Jacksonville, Florida, and transit time to the East Coast is typically 4-5 business days.  Shipping to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico can take up to 3 weeks.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your address is correct when you check out.  Should our carrier flag your address as requiring verification we will reach out to you by email to double check your address, which can delay your order.  If we are unable to reach you we will not be able to ship your order and will fully refund you.


Delivery Date Notice

While we will always ship your package in a timely manner with the delivery method you specify, we are unable to guarantee the delivery timelines of our carriers.  Delays due to weather or high volume during the holiday season are beyond our control.


International Shipping

We are able to offer International Shipping from our store at this time.  Please email us to know the exact delivery time and costs. We are working on integrating shipping to EU, Canada and South America soon. 

 Secure Delivery and Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for stolen packages. As a small business we are unable to absorb the cost of stolen packages, and we request that our customers help us in ensuring a secure delivery. “Porch pirates” are an increasing problem, so please consider adding a signature for your protection, particularly on high-value packages.  There is also the option to ship your items to your office or local UPS shipping center. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns about this policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally a package may be undeliverable, or a driver may not feel that they can securely deliver your package.  Your UPS driver will take your package to a nearby authorized pick up centre.  The location details will be in your tracking information.  This is at the discretion of the driver and is for the safety of your package.

Lost Packages

If your package has been lost in transit please contact us and we will contact the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages.
