Shipping Policy

Ordering & Shipping

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for both standard and expedited deliveries. Please see below for additional details.

We’re currently offering free standard domestic shipping on all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping via FedEx is also available for an additional $20 USD.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. Please note that tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear on the carrier’s website.

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days.

We’re located on the East Coast in Jacksonville, Florida, and standard delivery to most U.S. addresses takes 4–5 business days.  Need it sooner? Choose 1-day or 2-day FedEx expedited shipping at checkout.

Shipping to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico may take up to 3 weeks.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your address is correct when you check out.  Should our carrier flag your address as requiring verification we will reach out to you by email to double check your address, which can delay your order.  If we are unable to reach you we will not be able to ship your order and will fully refund you.

Delivery Date Notice

While we will always ship your package in a timely manner with the delivery method you specify, we are unable to guarantee the delivery timelines of our carriers.  Delays due to weather or high volume during the holiday season are beyond our control.

 International Shipping

We are shipping standard to Canada as well. You can see the costs and time at checkout. The customer is responsible to pay import taxies and duties in Canada. 

  We are working on integrating shipping to EU and South America soon. Please email us to get time and costs for these regions. 

 Secure Delivery and Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for stolen packages. As a small business we are unable to absorb the cost of stolen packages, and we request that our customers help us in ensuring a secure delivery. “Porch pirates” are an increasing problem, so please consider adding a signature for your protection, particularly on high-value packages.  There is also the option to ship your items to your office or local UPS shipping center. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns about this policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally a package may be undeliverable, or a driver may not feel that they can securely deliver your package.  Your UPS driver will take your package to a nearby authorized pick up center.  The location details will be in your tracking information.  This is at the discretion of the driver and is for the safety of your package.

Lost Packages

If your package has been lost in transit please contact us and we will contact the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages. contact@thedecormantra.com
