How can I purchase your products?
You can purchase your products right here at our online store. We do not have a physical store yet.
Where do you ship from ?
All our products are stocked and shipped from Jacksonville, Florida .
What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept debit/credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Paypal as of now.
Will my payment be secure?
Our website is as secure as we can possibly make it. All credit card transactions are processed using the Shopify gateway, who use industry leading technology to keep your information safe.
Can I change my personal information?
Yes. Your details can be updated by signing into your account via the website.
Where are your products made ?
As of now, all our products are ethically handmade in India.
How do I care for my products ?
We list detailed care instructions on every product page. They are also mentioned on the label attached to the product. For any confusion, please email us at contact@thedecormantra.com and we will be glad to assist you.
Taxes and Fees
Customs Fees, VAT or Duties (if applicable) Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, fees and or taxes are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. Decor Mantra is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
Do I have to create an account?
This is optional . By creating an account, you will be able to check out faster; save multiple shipping addresses; access your order history; track new orders; and save items to your wish list. You will also be given the opportunity to create an account after you make your initial purchase - all you need to do is add a password.
Do you ship to Europe, South America ,Canada or UK ?
We are keen to start selling and shipping our fabulous items to some international locations in the coming months. Just working out the logistics and trying to get the best and the most reliable shipping rates. We are presently shipping items on a per order basis to the above countries.
