Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase and are glad to accept returns on all unused and unwashed, full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Return Procedures
Please note the following:
- Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or different from what was originally shipped, in which case , we will refund the shipping costs too.
- The item and its packaging must be in its original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method .We will process your return within 2 business days of receipt and refund you using your original method of payment. After the return is processed it may take several days for your credit card company to post the transaction.
Please note that we are only able to refund items to the original method of payment. We are unable to issue store credit . We are unable to make any exceptions to this for any reason.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
