Ordering and Shipping

We are currently offering free standard domestic shipping on all U.S. orders. We use UPS, FedEX and USPS for standard and expedited shipping. Please see below for additional details on shipping. F

Upon placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with your tracking number will follow once we have created your shipping label. Please note that it can take an additional day or two for tracking information to post on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. We are located on the West Coast in Jacksonville, Florida, and transit time to the East Coast is typically 4-5 business days. Shipping to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico can take up to 3 weeks.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your address is correct when you check out. Should our carrier flag your address as requiring verification we will reach out to you by email to double check your address, which can delay your order. If we are unable to reach you we will not be able to ship your order and will fully refund you.

Delivery Date Notice

While we will always ship your package in a timely manner with the delivery method you specify, we are unable to guarantee the delivery timelines of our carriers. Delays due to weather or high volume during the holiday season are beyond our control.

International Shipping

We are shipping standard to Canada as well. You can see the costs and time at checkout. The customer is responsible to pay import taxies and duties in Canada.

We are working on integrating shipping to EU and South America soon. Please email us to get time and costs for these regions.

Secure Delivery and Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for stolen packages. As a small business we are unable to absorb the cost of stolen packages, and we request that our customers help us in ensuring a secure delivery. “Porch pirates” are an increasing problem, so please consider adding a signature for your protection, particularly on high-value packages. There is also the option to ship your items to your office or local UPS shipping center. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns about this policy. Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally a package may be undeliverable, or a driver may not feel that they can securely deliver your package. Your UPS driver will take your package to a nearby authorized pick up centre. The location details will be in your tracking information. This is at the discretion of the driver and is for the safety of your package.

Lost Packages

Pre-washed and shrunk. Hand wash or in machine gently with a mild detergent. Wash vibrant colours separately during initial one or two washes, as they may run excess colour. Do not use bleach or bleach additives. Can be ironed easily. Line dry inside out.

It's still folded up and sitting on my chair!!!

I haven't opened up the tablecloth yet as it is sitting on my chair. My old dining room set was taken to a shop to be repaired and the finish touched up! It hasn't returned home yet! I am happy with both tablecloths and will put them on the table as soon as it comes back!! xx

I bought the flannel flower tablecloth a while ago and was very pleased with it. A lovely cotton which washes well.
